It's Not All Fluff and Teddybears!!!

New Motherhood can be demanding and draining....come discuss, vent, and let's move forward together. This week's MamaBears Picnic, Wednesday, Sept 17th is devoted to discussion and motherhood issues. Well-being professional, Flora Margolis,  will assist in navigating us through the challenges, overwhelm, and tireless work that the honor of motherhood presents. And will give us tools that can ease us into the constant possibility of joy.

Flora Margolis is a clinical social worker with over 10 years experience with individual, family, and group counseling. Ms. Margolis has a graduate degree from NYU’s School of Social Work and psychoanalytic training from The Center for Human Development.
Flora Margolis offers in-home therapy for new parents needing individual support to help with the adjustment to parenthood and balancing new life stresses. She utilizes a short term model (6-12 sessions) with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and supportive talk therapy.
