Mama Bears Picnic will be hosting

Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant:

Carolina Romanyuk,

who will be sharing her presentation:

“How to Raise a Happy and Healthy Sleeper”,

and also be available to answer questions.

I did have this scheduled for tomorrow, but as

things and weather would have it, I re-scheduled it

for next Wednesday, March 22nd at

Area Yoga, 144 Montague St between 2:30 and 4:30pm.

I would love to have a great turn-out, and it would help,

if you would register in advance.

The price is the same as a single class ($18) or one class

on your class card. If you find that day-of, you cannot attend,

you will be un-registered.

Mama Bears Picnic is our social/educational get together for

new mothers and their babies, newborn thru pre-crawl.

No yoga involved….but bring your lunch or snack and enjoy

a cozy gathering of the clan.

Arrive anytime after 2:30 to join the group and benefit from

Carolina’s professional offering.

I am so happy to have found her, as this has been a subject

requested by many people.

We would also like to bring this to a Saturday workshop format,

and wonder whom amoungst you are interested in that, and which dates

in April might work.

Please write back with your thoughts on that, and do pre-register for

next Wednesday’s event.
